1. Scope

This Policy governs the payment methods accepted by Xpress Supply LLC, as well as the financing conditions offered through affiliated independent financial institutions.

It applies to all transactions conducted through www.xpressacsupply.com and all official Xpress HVAC Supply channels within the State of Texas.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Bank transfers or wire transfers (subject to verification)
  • Electronic payments (Zelle or ACH) in approved cases
  • Financing through approved financial institutions (see Section 3)
  • Corporate or institutional payments for customers with registered business accounts

All payments are processed through secure PCI DSS-certified platforms.

Xpress Supply LLC does not store credit card or financial account information.

3. Third-Party Financing

Xpress Supply LLC offers consumer and commercial financing options in partnership with independent financial institutions.

These institutions are solely responsible for credit analysis, approval decisions, interest rates, payment terms, and financing conditions.

General Conditions

  • Financing is subject to individual credit approval.
  • Applications are processed directly through the financial institution’s platform.
  • Xpress does not collect or process customer credit information.
  • Annual Percentage Rates (APR), payment terms, and promotional offers are determined exclusively by each financial institution.
  • Credit approval or denial is an independent and discretionary decision made by the financing provider.
  • The customer acknowledges that the financing agreement constitutes a direct contract with the financial institution and not with Xpress Supply LLC.

Important Legal Notice

Xpress Supply LLC does not provide direct financing and does not act as a lender.

Our role is limited to facilitating access between customers and available financing programs in compliance with Texas Finance Code §345.001–345.356.

4. Financing Offers and Promotional Disclosures

Financing promotions (such as “0% APR for 6 months” or “No payments for 90 days”) are offered exclusively by participating financial institutions.

Xpress strives to display accurate and current information but does not guarantee the availability or approval of any financing promotion.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific terms and conditions of the financing agreement before accepting any offer.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment Verification

  • All payments and financing requests are subject to identity verification, inventory availability, and a valid shipping address.
  • Xpress reserves the right to reject or cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete information.
  • Once payment or financing approval is confirmed, the order will proceed to preparation and shipment in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Financed orders may not be canceled or modified once approved by the financial institution unless expressly authorized.
  • In the event of a return or refund, Xpress will notify the financing provider to cancel or adjust the balance; however, customers must confirm the account update directly with the financial institution.
  • All returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the Site.

7. Late Payments and Default

The management of late payments, penalties, or delinquency charges is the sole responsibility of the financing institution.

Xpress Supply LLC does not issue or manage collections related to financing provided by third parties.

8. Security and Confidentiality

All financial information is processed through SSL-encrypted channels and in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) security requirements.

Personal and credit-related data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (2024) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Xpress Supply LLC shall not be liable for credit decisions, financing denials, applied interest rates, or credit evaluation errors made by third parties.
  • Xpress shall not be responsible for contractual disputes between the customer and the financing institution.
  • Xpress’s liability in any transaction is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, including the Texas Finance Code, the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. §1601), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations regarding consumer financing.

Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
